What we collect, why, and how long we keep it
The creator application collects your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, country of residence, residency status, and — if you add them — your account handle or a link to a sample of your work. We use these only to assess your application and to manage your participation with us. The form does not collect bank details, IBAN, civil or national ID numbers, or advertising-licence details. Some records must be kept for five years under Decree-Law 10/2026: creator records, references to agreements, and payment records. Those are not deleted when consent is withdrawn.

Withdrawing your consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at ‹contact details — pending›. When you withdraw, we stop using your data to assess your application. The records the law requires us to keep, described above, stay as they are — which is why the two paragraphs are written next to each other.

The analytics processor, named
We use PostHog to measure how this site is used. PostHog's servers are in the European Union (eu.i.posthog.com), which means this measurement data leaves Kuwait.
- What it receives
- which pages you visited; the language you chose (English or Arabic); that an application or an enquiry was started, sent or approved; and an opaque database reference that contains no name
- What it is prevented from receiving
- your name, phone number, email address, date of birth or age, address, civil or national ID, bank or IBAN details, your account handle or profile link, any free text you typed, and the name or link of any file you uploaded — and your IP address and any location derived from it (country, city, time zone), which are removed before the data leaves your browser and disabled again on our server
- Retention
- PostHog holds none of the records the five-year obligation above applies to. That obligation is on our own database, not on the analytics processor.

Version
This is version v1.0 of this notice. If we add, remove or change what is measured, we publish a new version with a new number. An application that was already sent keeps the version it agreed to.
